We cannot make exchanges if the protocol is not followed correctly. If the box of your product is damaged or tampered with, open the box in the presence of the delivery person and check if your work has been damaged. If so, return the product UPON RECEIPT, requesting reverse logistics, and contact us. We will take the necessary steps to send you a new part, or refund the amount if THERE IS NO NEW PART TO REPLACE.
