- NOTE: This is a scheduled job with a production schedule. Check the available date and reserve the date for your order. To do so, it is necessary to make full payment for your order. Production and delivery time varies from 60 to 90 days, depending on the complexity of the painting.
Realistic portrait painting
Our products are of excellent quality and our conduct is transparent. If there are any imperfections, they are mentioned in the product description, including photos. We cannot make exchanges if the protocol is not followed correctly. If the box of your product is damaged or tampered with, open the box in the presence of the delivery person and check if your work has been damaged. If so, return the product UPON RECEIPT, requesting reverse logistics, and contact us. We will take the necessary steps to send you a new piece.
IMPORTANT: Except in the case of damage, and in accordance with protocols, we do not accept returns of customized works and we do not refund money in the event of cancellation of an order already in production or scheduled. We can postpone, adjust or make the order date more flexible, to better serve you.
Cancellation with refund is only made by the Artist, if the Artist is unable to fulfill the customer's order.
